Air handling units, fan coil units and computer room air-conditioning equipment installed, connected and prepared for commissioning.
Setting-out considers service clearances, condensate drainage, duct connections and manufacturer requirements.
Chilled water pipework including routing, supports, valves, insulation interfaces and connection to equipment.
Pipe installation is coordinated with structure, other MEP trades and testing requirements before insulation close-out.
Supply, return and exhaust ductwork with associated insulation where specified for thermal or acoustic performance.
Duct routes are coordinated with ceiling space, structure and other services before fabrication and erection.

Soil, waste and sewer pipework with inspection points, gradients and connections coordinated around structure and finishes.
Internal and associated water supply networks serving building zones, tanks and pump systems.
Pump sets, pipe headers, valves and associated pump-room works prepared for testing and operation.
C. Fire Fighting
Life-safety water-based fire systems installed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
Fire water pipework, supports, valves and connections forming the distribution network for fire systems.
Fire pump installation, pipe connections and coordination with electrical supply and controller arrangements.
Sprinkler pipework and heads installed to the approved layout, coordinated with ceilings and other services.
Hose reel and hydrant pipework, cabinets and landing valves installed as shown on the approved drawings.
D. Electrical Works
Containment and distribution works supporting building electrical systems as part of the MEP package.
Cable tray, trunking and conduit routes installed and coordinated with structure, ceilings and other MEP services.
Distribution boards and electrical panels installed, terminated and prepared for inspection and testing.
