Site installation of MEP systems, pipework and equipment, coordinated around the project programme and approved shop drawings.
MEP installation covers HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical systems on site. Work is sequenced with access, other trades and inspection hold points so systems are installed to the approved drawings and remain ready for testing.
Pipework is prepared, fabricated where required, supported and installed for chilled water, plumbing, fire fighting and associated services. Jointing, alignment, valve orientation and test points are checked before insulation or concealment.
MEP equipment such as pumps, air handling units, panels and associated plant is positioned, fixed and connected in accordance with manufacturer data and approved layouts. Clearances, bases, isolation and service connections are coordinated before energisation or commissioning.
